Career Profile:
Mr. Zelig is the Principal of the firm in charge of Land Planning and Landscape Architecture. He is also the Principal responsible for the company's administrative coordination and operations, including contracts, scheduling and human resources. Mr. Zelig, a certified landscape architect has designed and documented many public plans and is an expert in the areas of single and multi-family residential PUD's and PRD's and retail centers. His 17- year career also includes designs of office parks, corporate centers, hotel/casinos, life-care facilities and sculpture plazas.
Mr. Zelig has been a plan reviewer at the NAHB National Convention and was a speaker at the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia’s 2002 Housing Conference whose focus was on the promotion of new housing in the City of Philadelphia.

Revised Master plan and developed detailed site plans for a variety of housing types including executive single family, single family, cluster senior housing and BALA award winning townhomes.

Hershey's Mill Age Restricted Golf Course Community, West Chester, PA
Developed individual clustered townhouse communities sited adjacent to a golf course. Maximized views and open space.

Harrah's Hotel/Casino, Atlantic City, NJ: Roof Deck and Porte-Cochere
Provided construction documentation and observation for the 5th floor recreation roof deck. Integrated (2) platform tennis courts with lounge area and ornamental plantings.

Showboat Hotel/Casino, Atlantic City, NJ: Roof Deck and Porte-Cochere
Provided landscape architectural design and construction documentation services for the Hotel/Casino and parking garage roof decks as well as the hotel porte-cochre.

Fall Bridge Plaza, Bucks County, PA: 450,000 s.f. Retail Sales Center
Developed master and site plans for retail center. Center included major anchor tenants, a movie theater, restaurants and financial facilities. Project was taken through the Township approval process.

Running Brook, Bridgewater, NJ: Single Family Cluster Development
Developed design for Single Family Home community which maximized open space while maintaining privacy for the Home Owners.

Independence Place, Philadelphia, PA: Sculpture Plaza
Integrated pieces of large steel sculptures into the pedestrian and vehicular circulation areas of the building entry. Also provided design, documentation and construction observation services.
